The holidays are a time filled will joy and gathering around friends and family, but it can also be very difficult when we think about the loved ones who are no longer there to celebrate with us. Each year at our Service of Remembrance we take time to reflect on the lives of those we miss the most in this season. Participants are invited to submit names to be read at the service, and attendees of the service are encouraged to light a candle in remembrance as their loved one’s name is read. Attendees will also be given a Christmas ornament to take home as a commitment to remembrance.
